STUDIED FOR THIS?

No doubt you've got a reasonable idea of what you want to do with your life.  At TASC, we are committed to creating a culture that we hope will give you a hand getting there.  We're trying our hardest to create a flexible, innovative and inspiring TASC force!  That's why we are real big on creating balance between what we consider the biggest priorities in ensuring our organisation is always at the cutting edge.  For example, for one whole day each week, we want our people to drop their tools and scheme up new ideas for responding to any social or legal issue.  We consider it important that we are an organisation that is responding to today's problems with tomorrow's solutions.  This is the reason that TASC is considered as Australia's most innovative not for profit, with a plethora of awards to prove it.  We also care for our people and are the only not for profit in Queensland that rewards its people, no matter what their role within TASC, a 9 day fortnight, but paid for 10.  If you want to change the world, want to be challenged, want opportunities to be innovative and create world-first solutions to big issues, then you've come to the right place.

Life at TASC

About 1075086_12734586

TASC is different from the usual not for profit or community legal centre.  Sure, we have similar characteristics, but we believe that by creating a work environment that allows people to innovatively respond to social and legal problems, not only do our clients benefit, but of course our TASC Force.  If you don't believe us, look at our innovations and multi-award winning services.

TASC has offices in Toowoomba, Warwick and Ipswich and we are playing heavily with web-based platforms that is extending TASC to both national and international destinations.  TASC is nurturing an invigorating, effervescent, positive environment by employing talented, excited people who share our commitment in changing the world.  The TASC Force thrive in small, focused teams and are as passionate about their lives as what they are about their work. We cherish both, hence our overt commitment to ensure balance and the minimisation of burn-out and vicarious trauma.

We are always on the hunt for potential tribe members who are similarly switched on and dream of a better world and have the zest and creativity to make it happen!  So, send us your resume!
